2. The device according to claim 1, wherein the restraints on the movement of the rods of the hydraulic cylinders of the mechanisms for rotating the pads are mounted on brackets fixed to the buildings of the hydraulic cylinders for turning the pads.
3. The device in accordance with claim 1, 1 and 2, which means that each mechanism for limiting the rotation of the liners is provided with an additional hydraulic cylinder fixed to the hydraulic case. The invention relates to devices for the construction of a railway track.
The purpose of the invention is to simplify the design and improve the accuracy of the installation of pads.
FIG. 1 shows the proposed device a general view of j in FIG. 2 shows the assembly 1 in FIG. 1, when the limiting mechanism is operated with one hydraulic cylinder in FIG. 3 - the same when performing the limiting mechanism with two hydraulic cylinders; in fig. 4 is a scheme for tampering of the sleepers with the proposed device.
A device for ballast compaction under railroad sleepers is mounted on a leveling and leveling machine 1 containing a leveling but lifting unit 2 with directional leveling shafts 3 along railroad rails 4 and 5 gripped by lifting rollers 6 located under their head. - the lifting unit 2 is hingedly connected to the frame 7 from one side by the lifting drives 8, on the other hand by a traction and pressure link 9.
The leveling system 10 of the machine 1 has for each rail a base cable 115 whose front end with the aid of a probe leads along an unadjusted path and a tail end along a corrected path. The probe with the leveling and lifting unit is connected to the rotating potentiometer in the form of a measuring probe, which is jointly connected to
a cylinder of rotation of the collar, and a limiter for the movement of the rod of the hydraulic cylinder of the mechanism for limiting the rotation of the collar is mounted on the rod of the additional hydraulic cylinder.
4 "The device according to claim 1, wherein the piston stroke of each hydraulic cylinder of the turn of the brake is twice the stroke of the piston of the hydraulic cylinder of its corresponding; its mechanism for limiting the rotation of the brake rod.
The ko with base cable 11 takes into account the difference between the nominal and actual heights of the corresponding rail 4 or 5.
The machine 1 has for each rail 4 and 5 a double-end unit 12 with a tool holder 13 connected through a hydraulic lift drive 14 to lift and lower it.
Section 7 o In the tool holder 13 on each side, the rails are fixed two mutually interchangeable, made in the form of pivotal levers, pads 15 and 16, the upper ends of which are connected through a hydraulic drive 17 turning the tampers in the vertical plane to a common vibrodrive 18. Piston cavities the actuator 17 of each knockout 15 and 16 are connected by hydraulic actuators 19 and 20 to a valve distributor device 21 located in the control cabin of the machine 1 in the central switchgear 22, in turn connected m hydraulic drive 23 with a drive unit 24.
To each actuator 17, a rotation restriction mechanism 25 is attached, which stops two discrete equipotential openings, which are connected by a hydraulic actuator 26 to the valve distribution device 21 of the central distribution device 22.
The mechanism 25 for limiting rotation of the pads consists of a hydraulic cylinder 27, the body 28 of which is rigidly connected with
31
the rod 29 of the actuator 17, and the rod 30 of the hydraulic cylinder 27 is installed with the possibility of interaction with the limiter 31 attached to the corus of the hydraulic cylinder of the drive 17.
The hydraulic control circuit 32 consists of a three-way valve 33, which is the governing body of the valve-distributing device 21. Pressure is supplied to it by a hydraulic pump 35 fed from the collector 34. One distribution hole 36 of the three-way valve 33 is connected to the pressure cylinder cavity of the drive cylinder 17 and the second hole 37 is connected by a return pipe to the collector 34. The rotary slide valve of the three-way valve 33 can be rearranged (from the position shown by solid lines, in which , the space of the hydraulic cylinder 27 is connected to the return line to the position shown in dotted lines). In the first (shown in solid lines) position of the three-way valve 33, the rod 29 of the actuator 17 is in a fully inserted state. This corresponds to the maximum opening width of the pads 15 and 16, i.e. the maximum distance of the bottom submerged sub-arm shoulder from the longitudinal median plane 38 of the faceplate 12. In a different position (indicated by dashed lines) of the three-way crane 33, the hydraulic cylinder 27 is displaced relative to the stepped piston of the hydraulic cylinder 27 abutting against the stopper 31, to the section Piston out.
At the same time, the rod 29 rigidly connected to it without the drive pressure is displaced to the outside by the same amount. This position corresponds to the smallest opening width of the pads 15 and 16 associated with the actuator 17.
The distribution valve device 21 of each actuator 17 has a separate three-way valve 33 or a functionally similar magnetic valve, etc. This allows a separate setting of the opening width for each bore tool.
According to another variant (fig. 3) of the execution of the bogie assembly 12, each actuator 17 has its own mechanism for limiting the rotation of the pads, which allows to install any

a fight of four discrete positions of the opening of each bogie unit. This mechanism for limiting the rotation of the pads is provided with an additional hydraulic cylinder 39, which is propelled on the housing 40 of the cylinder of rotation of the subassembly, and the stop 31 of movement of the rod of the hydraulic cylinder 27 is mounted on the rod 41 of the additional
, Q hydraulic cylinder 39.
The path L of the piston 42 connected to the housing 40 of the piston 42 exceeds, for example, two times the distance from the piston of the hydraulic cylinder 27. This ensures that the demarcated positions of the opening tools can be easily installed in different steps.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, the actuating positions of both three-way valves 33 and 43, the hydraulic cylinder 27 is under pressure, in view of which the piston of the actuator 17 is already retracted relative to its fully inserted co. This position of the piston corresponds to the second largest opening of the side-unit in its lower end zone. In order to install the third largest opening width (indicated by a dotted line), the three-way valves 33 and 43 are switched and the piston of the actuator 17 is displaced relative to its full injected position outwards by the value b. To set the smallest
35, the opening widths of both cylinders 27 and 39 are under pressure, whereby the piston of the actuator 17 is displaced relative to the fully inserted position to the outside as a whole by
f plot + b. The presence of a four-step possibility of varying the opening width of the bogie assemblies provides a very subtle sensitivity to the various conditions of the 5 WIAS sleepers, in particular, to unequal distances between the sleepers and wrong positions of the sleepers.
When swiveling the drive podoek in the vertical
50 plane to the vibrodrive 18 hydrocylinder 27 forms an abutment with a turning arm of the forked holder of the liners, which is mounted on a rotary axis 44 located across
55 rail. This makes it possible to use for fixing two discrete end positions of uncovering pads dipping into rubble in both
thirty
side of the rail, only one hydraulic cylinder 27 and one drive 17.
After centering the bogie assembly over, the tie rod is tamped with a three-way valve. 33 (43) installation of the required width of opening of the baffles 15 and 16 o is done. Then, the undercut assembly 12 is lowered. The tampers brought by the vibrodrive 18 are vibrated on both sides along the sleeper to be broken into the gravel. The pressure is now applied to the internal cavities of the actuator cylinders 17, the piston outlet increases and the rods move away from the stops 31, located at the lower end of the batt mix the gravel under the sleeper and compact until the degree of compaction of the crushed stone is reached. The subassembly is retracted upward, and the pistons of the actuators 17 are drawn inward by applying pressure to the external cavities.
The preset opening width of the bogie instruments must be maintained during the next tamping operation. The position of the trek cranes 33 and 43 is therefore unchanged.
When the cylinder rod 27 is in contact with the limiter 31, the movement of the piston of the hydraulic cylinder 17 is inhibited. If you wish to take the pads back to the maximum opening position, both the cylinders 27 and 39 are turned on without pressure and the piston of the hydraulic cylinder 17 moves completely inward, and the hydraulic cylinders 27 and 39 fully return back. The machine then moves to the next position of the tamping forward, the working cycle is repeated.
To tamp the sided sleeper, the machine 1 is placed in a position in which it is generally longitudinal.
The middle plane of the two downstream units related to the rails 4 and 5 passes through the center of the sleepers located on the axis of the track. In order to realize (in spite of the oblique position) uniform tamping of the sleepers on both longitudinal sides, it is necessary to set rail 4, 4, of the collar, 15, to the maximum open position, and for collar 16, to the minimum width.
uncover. The same, but inverse, setting the width of the opening is required for rail-boring tools 5. In this case, all of the ironing tools are set to the maximum width of the rail. When tamping up a properly laid single cross tie, all bridging tools are set to the minimum opening width.
